Our standard shipping costs (to the 48 contiguous US states) are:
$3.95 on all orders $0.01 - $4.99
$6.95 on all orders $5.00 - $9.99
$7.95 on all orders $10.00 - $49.99
$9.95 on all orders $50.00 - $99.99
$11.95 on all orders $100 to $149.99
$15.00 on all orders $150 and above


Should shipping costs on extra large or overweight items amount to significantly more than the costs recovered, you will be notified via e-mail and given the opportunity to cancel the order before it is shipped. Should you wish to continue with the order the additional costs will be recovered via Paypal.

An extra charge of $10.00 will be added to all International orders (outside of the 48 Contiguous US States). This extra charge should cover all small lightweight orders but the shipping costs may be significantly more on heavy or oversized items. If shipping costs amount to significantly more you will be notified via e-mail and given the opportunity to cancel the order before it is shipped. Should you wish to continue with the order the additional costs will be recovered via Paypal.

NB: Some items, such as sprays, liquids etc., cannot be shipped overseas. We will advise you if this is the case.

What shipping methods are used within the US?

Most products are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS, however, it does depend on the product and supplier. Some products can be shipped express for an extra charge. If you need a quote or if you require further information on any specific product please use the 'Contact Us' facility.

No products can be shipped to a post office box

How long before you ship?

Most orders are despatched within 24 - 72 hours of receipt, subject to availablility or product type. However, because the arrival of your order is often dictated by conditions which are out of our control please allow 5 - 14 business days for standard delivery within the continental US.

If your item is not in stock, we will send you an e-mail to let you know. You will always be given an alternative choice or the option to cancel your order.

In the case of ceramic art orders, where stock is available the item should arrive on your doorstep within 3 to 7 days. Where the item is being molded please understand that this could take 7 to 10 days due to the drying process

What are your guarantees?

We guarantee that it is our intention to provide you with quality service. Our customers are of paramount importance to us.

What is your returns policy?

For returns or exchanges, we MUST be contacted first! Please do not take it upon yourself to send the item(s) back, or you will void any and all return / exchange rights. To consider exchange or refund we must be contacted within 7 days of receipt.

We regret that personalized items or custom pet clothing, special order items, pet caskets, urns, keepsakes, cat scratching posts, liquids and dog houses cannot be returned or exchanged. For items that can be exchanged (by approval) they must be unused, unwashed, must have all tags attached and be in the same condition as received - NO EXCEPTIONS - and could carry a 20% restocking fee.

In the case of ceramic art products items may be retuned within 30 days of the items shipping date but must ne accompanied by the recipt and/or the prder number. Refunds will be made within 7 to 14 days.

If an item is damaged upon receipt please contact the shipping company direct.


Sales items must ne retuned within 14 days of shipping date.


Refused orders will result in a 25% restocking charge, plus the shipping costs that were incurred will not be refundable
