Hydro massage is used as standard in the spa to stimulate the skin and muscles and to remove dirt, grease and dead coat. All breeds will benefit from a deep cleansing hydro massage and treatment shampoo.

High velocity driers are then used to fluff dry your pet

From the minute your dog steps paw into the Spa he or she is treated as a special guest. The aromatherapy used is designed to put them at ease while a Grooming Consultant takes their details and discusses with you the treatments on offer and which will benefit your pet

Your lifestyle and preferences in styling will be discussed and you can be confident that your dog will be treated as an individual for the duration of their stay.

Your pet will have a routine basic external health check prior to any treatment and your Consultant will discuss health issues with you.

Nail Clipping and filing are offered as standard.

Ear cleaning and plucking with an aromatherapy based cleaner is used to gently remove wax and deposits. This is also offered as standard

Paw balm is applied and your pets pads are gently massaged. This helps to avoid cracked, sore pads and is offered as standard

During the initial consultation your Grooming Consultant will check your dog's skin and coat and recommend a treatment shampoo that would be most beneficial.

Conditioning treatments are a valuable way of keeping your dog's coat healthy and these will also be offered.
